Ongoing aftercare support
The service doesn’t stop when the sale is complete. Our maintenance team is on-hand to ensure your products remain fit-for-purpose from day one onwards.
Annual servicing
Our team carries out scheduled maintenance visits to secure storage customers twice a year and four times a year to VeloRepair stations.
Extensive warranty
Quality is our driving force and that’s why we offer a 10 year warranty on all Grease Monkey products to give you peace of mind in top performance, quality and security.
UK-wide coverage
We go the distance to operate our thorough maintenance checks and repairs to customers across the UK.
Velobox and secure storage maintenance
Our team will visit your secure storage unit two times a year to carry out a full inspection and servicing as part of our annual maintenance checks.
As part of the one-hour service, our maintenance technicians will brush the internal floorspace, lubricate struts and the lock as part of their checks.
VeloRepair maintenance
Bike repairs can never be planned for, that’s why we schedule four maintenance visits a year to all VeloRepair stations - to ensure they can always relieve the pressure of any breakdown.
As part of our regular checks, our maintenance teams clean the unit, lubricate tools in addition to our overall inspections which last an hour.
Care and maintenance plan
Level up your annual servicing support with our bolt-on care and maintenance plan. This plan offers additional cover to what’s included in our 10-year warranty:
- Additional maintenance visits where units are cleaned, serviced and repaired where necessary
- Replacement of damaged parts covered by warranty and any damage which falls outside the warranty coverage will be repaired at a discounted rate
- Quality care of unit in line with the terms of warranty
